HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

For outsourced items, we proudly partner with U.S. and global-based merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and most unique products. The majority of our items are shipped from our United States warehouses, though, special orders and made-to-order items may be shipped from our global partners via USPS's international shipping service.

Please Note: Made-to-order pieces may take 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on volume and demand. Please don't panic if your package does not arrive immediately, it's on its way; feel free to email us with any tracking issues.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Great question, the length of your shipping time will depend on your specific order and location. Due to COVID-19 delays, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and order release.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily. If you’re located within the United States and have an issue with your tracking number, please contact us, we’re here to help.
