RETURN POLICY

Thank you for supporting Queen of Vases! We strive to provide you with items you’ll love, however, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt—provided they are in original, unused condition with tags and original packaging intact.

We are not able to accept items that are not in original condition, or have had tags removed. To be eligible for a return, every aspect of the item must be free from signs of usage and odor. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or an exchange. 

Returns will be processed in full, but buyers are responsible for all return shipping/postage costs. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Please do not send your purchase / special order back to the manufacturer. Email us at sales@TheQueenOfVases.com for the return address + further instructions.

Say no more. You can cancel your order within 24 hours from your time-of-purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you; we will also notify you in the case that a return cannot be processed. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (timing may vary depending on card issuer). 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund promptly, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact our sales team at sales@TheQueenofVases.com if your refund does not appear within 3 days of receive it your confirmation email.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES

We strive to provide you with impeccable products. If an item within your order is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@TheQueenofVases.com for an exchange. Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after your time-of-purchase.
